Seasoned and highly accomplished professional with 7 years management and project management experience within the military and private sector. Following functional areas: Technology operations, Project/Program Management, Process improvement and Vendor management within Fortune 500 organizations and US Army. Proven ability to lead cross functional teams to higher levels of success and completion of deliverables using strong work ethics. Excellent communication skills and strong ability to identify business requirements and the necessary technology components to fulfill those needs.  Mycal is a student of how things integrate holistically. He identifies risk, and uses known methodologies to produce measurable results. Collaborative business partner with proven experience increasing revenues & cost reductions. Extensive experience with challenging environments that have included: leading business models and technologies, global and cross-functional technology groups, rapid expansion and technology automation. Mycal has managed military technical information technology teams in a battlefield environment. He also has experience with consumer facing technical support and customer service. Currently pursuing PMP Certification. Additionally, through Mycal’s military officer education, he has had many opportunities to train and lead others. Company Logo

The company was initially conceptualized by Gloria Hammond.  The logo incorporates two T's representing the protective helmets forged for Titan Warriors.  With Titan's creation from the partnership of two professionals committing to protecting the integrity of Titan Human Resources & Strategic Solutions, LLC clients while offering a great balance and objectivity of professionalism and customer service.

Once the concept was final, the artistic design and detail memorialized  the creative flare of the company as interpreted by Rupy Kaloti, the artist, designer, and dreamer.  Her perspective of the vision of Titan  Human Resources & Strategic Solutions, LLC represented in the finalized Logo drives the presence of Titan's Ethos.
